Injuries
If a gymnast should injure themselves during training:
- The Coach or responsible staff member will manage the situation.
- All Senior Coaches are qualified to administer First Aid.
- The gymnast should not be moved if prone, otherwise the gymnast will be asked to sit while the injury is assessed.
- If the injury is severe, contact a Senior Coach immediately.
- If the injury is minor, the Coach will administer the appropriate treatment.
- All injures/incidents will have an incident report form completed.
