For children ages three and a half to preschool.
An active program aimed at introducing children to gymnastics in a safe and enjoyable way. This is also where the dominant movement patterns.
Our unassisted classes in Lyneham are perfect for the independent Preschooler. With a maximum of 8 gymnasts in each class, they will not only reap the benefits of our Kindergym program, but also learn how to independently move around the gym and work through circuits.
Our specially trained coaches ensure that all classes and activities are safe and age appropriate, while still being challenging and helping the gymnasts to push their own abilities.
Gymnasts will:
- Develop mentally, socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
- Learn to take instruction.
- Improve gross and fine motor skills.
- Develop trust, cooperation and communication skills.
- Have freedom and develop the confidence to explore.
- Encourage social behaviours – sharing/taking turns.
- Develop spatial awareness.

*Additionally there is a once per calendar year registration and insurance fee of $115 which will be added to the first invoice
